Terms of Service

By creating a Puvio ID or installing an app through Puvio, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You're responsible for the activity on your account, for keeping your credentials safe, and for being accurate in any information you provide. You must be at least 13 to use Puvio.

• No malware, phishing, scams, or attacks on Puvio infrastructure.
• No content that's illegal, infringing, harassing, or sexually explicit involving minors.
• No automated scraping that overloads the service or evades rate limits.
• No impersonation of other developers or platforms.

Developers must own or have rights to everything they publish, must accurately disclose data collection in the Data Safety section, and must comply with applicable laws. Puvio may remove apps that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

Reviews must be your honest experience. Don't post fake reviews, incentivised reviews, or content that violates Acceptable Use.

Free apps remain free. For paid apps and in-app purchases, prices and taxes are shown at checkout. Refunds follow the developer's stated policy unless local law requires otherwise.

We may suspend or remove content, apps, or accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time from Settings.

Puvio is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in-app before they take effect.
